Ask and you shall receive

Spending time at TBI yesterday was exhilarating and exhausting.  Yet it gave me the knowledge that my life is still there waiting for me.  Thank you!

I lamented my sleeping situation and Kim miraculously produced a wedge pillow for me.  That, coupled with a prilosec/wild lettuce/Motrin cocktail let me have my most restful night in quite awhile.  Thank you!

I bemoaned my bun making fate.  Not only did I get tons of great advice about bun making and ballet in general, Sheri is coming to tutor me on bun making.  Thank you!

Heather came over for a visit this morning.  Her faith in my abilities gives me the gift of confidence and hope that I am navigating this maze on the way to usefulness again.  Thank you!

I finally managed to drive to riding today for the first time in over a month.  I cannot thank Lori and Stan enough for all the miles they put on their cars and how much kindness they showed Karissa while I was hospitalized/down at home.  Today they welcomed us to wait in the house during lessons where it was warmer.  To be loved and cared for by yet another kind family is a precious gift.  Thank you!

Overdoing it yesterday has made me sore and froggy.  Things still aren't settled into place. Miraculously Mia has an appointment for me tomorrow morning, which means I will feel so much better.  Thank you!

I know this is a bit short for me, but I really am tired and sore tonight.  I can't wait to see what gifts tomorrow will bring!
